To log into PPro8, follow these steps.

1. Double-click the PPro8 application icon on your computer's desktop .

2. The login window appears.

3. Select a language (English, Spanish, Russian, or Chinese).

4. Select an environment (Live or TMS).*

• Note: You can switch environments before you login.

5. In the User name field, type your Metro-registered email address. In the Password field, type your Metro/PPro8 password.

6. Click OK.

7. The client logs you in and you can start trading.

*Note: you can use the TMS environment to practice trading with real markets and virtual funds, in real time. You can use the Live environment to trade on real markets and with real funds.

You can now additionally use your Google and Facebook accounts to login into PPro8. This update is designed to strengthen the security of the login process.

• Important note: This update does require that your respective Google and Facebook accounts use the same email address we have registered to your account. If there is a mismatch in addresses, this feature will not work.

1. Launch PPro8

2. When the login dialog box appears, please select an Environment, either Live or TMS.

3. Once the environment has been selected, you will notice that the Google and Facebook login buttons become active at the bottom of the login dialog box.

4. Now, please select either:

• Continue with Google to use your Google Account
• Continue with Facebook to use your Facebook account

5. From here, your browser will launch and take you to the appropriate page.

1. Once you have selected to login into PPro8 with your Google Account, your browser will launch and take you to the Google sign in page. The correct page will feature the Ralota Technology logo in the login screen and indicate “Choose an account to continue to PPro8.”

2. From here, please enter your account details, ensuring the address you are using matches the address we have registered to your account.

3. If you were previously signed into your Google account, you can simply select the appropriate account.

4. You will then be asked to grant permission to login into PPro8, please press Continue.

5. Your browser will now indicate you can close the window, and the login process will continue in PPro8 as regularly.

1. Once you have selected to login into PPro8 with your Facebook Account, your browser will launch and take you to the Facebook sign in page.

2. From here, please enter your account details, ensuring the address you are using matches the address we have registered to your account.

3. If you were previously signed into your Facebook account, you can simply select the appropriate account.

4. You will be asked to grant permission to login into PPro8, please press Continue.

5. Next, you will be advised that PPro8 is requesting access to your name and email address, please press Continue.

6. Your browser will now indicate you can close the window, and the login process will continue in PPro8 as regularly.

To log out of PPro8, follow these steps.

1. Click LogOff.

2. A Request Confirmation message window appears with the question “Would you like to upload all the changes of the currently loaded layout to the Cloud?”.

3. Click Yes to save the current window layout to the Cloud, or click No to discard the window layout without saving to the Cloud.

4. The client is logged out.

Note: when you try to log out, a message window may appear informing you that you have open positions. Please ensure that all positions are covered before logging out of the client.

• Wired LAN (not wifi)
• Minimum 5MBps bandwidth
• Gigabit capable router

Note: when choosing an Internet service provider, we recommend that you find a provider who services business customers. You should get a business service with a minimum of 5Mbps bandwidth (more as your office grows). We do not recommend using residential Internet services as their quality is generally inferior to those offered to businesses.

• You can use any gigabit capable switch. Remember that you need one (or more) to provide for sufficient ports to connect all your workstations.

The suggested requirements listed below for PPro8 workstations are just a minimum. A more powerful machine will allow the user to open more tools and monitor more securities at the same time.

• 8+ GB DDR4 RAM
• 512GB - 1 TB NVMe SSD
• Genuine and up to date Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 Operating System
